  1. Purpose and acceptance - This website [panamabec.com(the "Site") allows you to purchase tickets/tickets for BEC experiences and, where applicable, add add-ons (e.g., tastings). By using the Site or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy posted on the Site in full.
  2. Description of the service - Electronic ticket sales (e-tickets) with unique QR code for "date and time slot selected". Some experiences have limited capacity and defined schedules. Add-ons are shown before payment and their purchase is optional. Resale, commercial transfer or use of the ticket for purposes other than redemption at BEC is not permitted.
  3. Currency, prices, taxes and invoicing - Transaction currency: USD (US Dollar). Prices are shown with/without ITBMS as indicated in the purchase detail. In Panama ITBMS 7% applies when applicable. You may request a tax invoice by sending your details to facturacion@panamabec.com within 48 hours of purchase.
  4. Payment methods and processor - We accept: [Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Clave, others if applicable]. Payments are processed by our gateway provider (Credicorp Bank / authorized processor), with end-to-end TLS/SSL encryption and, where applicable, 3-D Secure authentication. For your security, we may reject or reverse suspicious fraud transactions.
  5. E-ticket purchase and delivery process - Selection of date/time and type of ticket → 2) Buyer's data → 3) Secure payment → 4) Immediate delivery of the e-ticket by mail (and/or download on screen). If you do not receive the e-ticket within 15 minutes, check the Junk folder or contact us at [soporte@bec.com]. Redemption requires showing QR and ID. Arrive 10 minutes in advance.
  6. Cancellation, exchange and refund policy - Rescheduling: 1 change free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time, subject to availability. Cancellation with refund: 100% up to 48 hours prior; 50% between 48 and 24 hours prior; 0% within 24 hours prior or no-show. Consumable add-ons and promotions/non-refundable: non-refundable except in case of force majeure. To order, write to info@panamabec.com indicating order number, mail and reason. Refunds are processed by the same means of payment in 7-10 business days (issuing bank times may vary). If BEC cancels due to operational causes or force majeure, you will be able to reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund.
  7. Access and age conditions - Some experiences may require age of majority or adult accompaniment. BEC may deny access in the event of risky behavior, unsafe condition or non-compliance with safety regulations without refund.
  8. Liability and limitation - BEC provides the experiences as described and applies reasonable security protocols. To the extent permitted by law, BEC's total liability for claims related to a purchase is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer.
  9. Intellectual Property - The content, trademarks, logos, text, photographs and audiovisual material on the Site are the property of BEC or licensed third parties. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
  10. Links and third party content - The Site may link to third party sites for information purposes only. BEC does not market prohibited products and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
  11. Security and personal data - The Site operates under SSL security certificate (HTTPS). We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy (consent, purposes, ARCO rights, retention). We implement anti-fraud measures and comply with the rules of the payment processor and card brands.
  12. Customer service and claims - For inquiries and complaints: info@panamabec.com | Tel: +507 264-8211. We attend within a maximum of 2 business days. For chargebacks, we support you with the documentation required by your issuing bank.
  13. Modifications - BEC may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The current versions are posted on this site with the updated date.
  14. Applicable law and jurisdiction - These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama.
